Redesigning Mowsez Restaurant Menu with Electronic & NFC System

At Omnexa Media, we completely redesigned Mowsez restaurant's menu to be modern, attractive, and easy to read. Not only did we design and print physical menus and NFC cards, but we also developed a smart electronic menu that supports QR and NFC scanning. This digital transformation enhanced customer engagement inside the restaurant and provided a seamless, outstanding ordering experience that reflects Mowsez's identity professionally.

The Challenge

Mowsez restaurant's old menu was disorganized, lacking images of items or contact numbers. The pricing and sections were unclear, and dish names were difficult to read. Additionally, there was no QR or NFC scan system to facilitate digital ordering, making the customer experience less smooth and affecting menu interaction and service inside the restaurant.

At Omnexa Media, we didn't just redesign the menu, but we built an integrated digital solution that enhances the customer experience inside Mowsez restaurant and makes the ordering process easy and seamless.

Current Situation Analysis: We started by reviewing the old menu and identifying weak points, such as the lack of item images, difficulty reading prices and sections, and the absence of a QR or NFC scan system to facilitate digital ordering.
UI/UX Interface Design: We created a clear plan to redesign the menu, selecting consistent colors and fonts that reflect the restaurant's identity, along with designing professional NFC cards.
Digital Menu Development: We designed an electronic menu system that supports QR and NFC scanning so customers can browse items and order quickly and smoothly.
Content and Visuals Management: Organizing items and sections clearly, adding attractive photos for each item, and improving the display of prices and information to ease the ordering experience.
